Fuji. ⭐ Specific Duties ⭐ ■ Daily Inspections & Maintenance └ Checking that boilers, electrical equipment, water supply/drainage systems, and other equipment are working properly ■ Repairs & Troubleshooting └ Repairing broken equipment and providing initial response to facility and in-house building issues ■ Creating a Comfortable Environment └ Managing temperature, water quality, and other conditions so guests can stay safely and comfortably ※ After joining, you'll learn the basic flow of inspections by working alongside seniors, so there's no need to worry about handling things alone right away! \\Flow After Joining / Robust Training System// ✬ Start With Training After joining, you'll learn business manners and other basics in new employee training. After assignment, you'll learn the mechanisms of the equipment and inspection procedures one by one alongside a senior engineer. ✬ Easy to Work In, With Thorough Guidance Working hours are between 6:00 and 22:00 (8 actual working hours / 3-shift rotation). The equipment you're responsible for varies by assignment, but at every site, a senior staff member is right there to support you. ✬ Feel Your Growth Through Qualifications Many seniors are actively working toward national qualifications such as an Electrician's License (Denki Koji-shi) or Boiler Engineer License (Boiler Gishi).
