Define new or change in business processes based on IT solution
Before I changed to my current position, my work was project based. My current job focuses on deployment, change management, and improvements in the truck production business process and supporting IT systems. I work closely with the UD Trucks’ Operations (production dept) users to understand the business flow, the way of work, and the challenges/issues they are facing to suggest business kaizens that can be supported/enhanced via IT. |
